Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can 4 slices Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread6 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)Pepper, black, 1 dash *fresh onion, 0.5 cup Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp (remove)Dill seed, 1 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
mix all ingredients except the oil
heat pan and add half the oil
patty the ingredients fry half at a time
flip when brown
use the other half of oil to fry the second half of the batch
