1 c. extra crunch peanut butter2 c. Old fashioned rolled oats1/2 c. craisins1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds1/2 c. mini chocolate chips2 T. flax seed1/2 c. honey
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well blended. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Using a 1/4 ice-cream scoop measure and roll into balls.
Chill balls for 30 minutes before serving.
