Baked Salmon Cakes in Muffin Tin

1 can Pink Salmon1 1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread crumbs1/2 medium onion, minced1/2 cup of egg, mixedsalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray.Put Whole Wheat Bread into food processor and pulse until crumbs. Mix eggs with fork. Take bones out of salmon and drain. Mix all ingredients. Take 1/3 cup of the mixture into each muffin tin. Cook 15 mins.
