Green Apple Pie Oat Smoothie, low calorie & fiber rich

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats1 cup water1/2 cup coconut milk1/2 banana1.5 cups spinach1 Apple, sliced1 TBSP Almond Butter1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp All Spice2 envelopes knox gelatin1-2 cups ice to bring the total volume to 6 cups
Directions
Night before:
1) Make quick oats using 1 c water and refrigerate
2) blend banana and coconut milk and freeze in ice cube tray

In the Morning:
1) Dice apples into small pieces
2) dump all ingredients into blender
3) blend until smooth


Serving Size: makes 3 approximately 2 cup smoothies
