Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Berry Smoothie

2 tbsp Omega Pumpkin Protein Powder1 scoop Amazing Grass Super Kidz Vitamin Powder1/2 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt1/4 cup frozen blueberries (about 15)1/2 cup frozen strawberries (about 6 large or 8 sm/med)1/2 cup dark chocolate almond milk
Add all ingredients to a blender with an "ice crush" setting (or thaw the frozen fruit slightly before making your smoothie). I usually add the almond milk first, the the dry powders, then top with the yogurt and fruit. Blend for 1 minute on the "ice crush" setting and another minutre on the "puree" setting.
Serving Size: Makes 1 16-ounce or two 8-ounce smoothies. Calories for ONE 8-ounce smoothie.
