Ingredients
6 large eggs, whites and yolks divided into separate bowls.One pack (8 oz) cream cheese, softened and added to the bowl with yolks.A dash of salt added to either bowl.
Directions
Preheat to 300 degrees, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, mix the cream cheese and yolks in a separate bowl until they are smooth, fold yolk/cream cheese mixture into the egg whites being careful not to break them down, spoon 12 rounds onto two baking sheets (about 1/2" thick), bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown, move to wire rack to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 12, serving size is 2 (like a bun)
