Cilantro Lime Chicken

1/3 cup canola oil 1/4 cup Lime Juice1 teaspoon each of: Garlic Powder and Cilantro Leaves1/4 t each of: Ground Cumin, ground red pepper flakes and seasoned salt 4 chicken breasts (flattened)1-2 tomatoes chopped to top the chickenCrumbled Feta cheese to sprinkle on the top
Combine all ingredients and marinade chicken for 30 plus minutes in the fridge.
Heat Pan on med heat
When warmed add Chicken and cook about 8-10 minutes on each side or until done. OR precook for 5 or so minutes on each side and finish off on the grill. Top with Chopped tomatoes and feta cheese.

Loved this recipe! The only changes I made were adding fresh garlic, fresh ground pepper, and green onion. I cooked up the chicken and some rice with this recipe, added some cilantro lime salsa to the rice and cooked it with chicken broth (it was excellent), and then I steamed some broccoli on the s - 8/13/18

I forgot to add the feta cheese and tomato but was still really good! While I was picking up the cilantro spice I noticed the same recipe on the back of the container, minus the feta and tomato. I still wouldn't have found it w/o it being posted here! The calories probably are only for the marinade. - 8/12/13
