Coconut Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
3 lbs Salmon1/4 C. Oats1/4 C. Coconut1 Egg1/4 t sea salt
Directions
Grind oats to make flour, mix with coconut and salt, pour is shallow bowl. Beat egg and pour in seperate shallow bowl. Dredge salmon in egg and then cover with coconut. Bake in shallow pan for 20 minutes, turning over half way. To brown broil for the last 5 minutes.
