Hershey's Cocoa Fudge

Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.66 cup (remove) Salt, 1 dash (remove) Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove) Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove) Butter, salted, 0.25 cup (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Mix first 4 ingredients well and bring to rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Do not stir after it boils, and let it cook to 234 degrees or until soft ball stage when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Do not stir and let cool until 110 degrees. Beat mixture until it thickens and some of the sheen is lost. Add nuts if desired and pour onto greased 8 x 10 pan. Let stand and cut into pieces when completely cool.
