Nutritious Chocolate Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup dry oats1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened1/4 cup soy flour1/4 cup wheat bran germ, crude3/4 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 cup peanuts, finely crushed3/4 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 eggs1 Tblsp vegetable oil (or 1/2 cp applesauce)1 1/4 cup non-fat milk1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions
Stir dry ingredients together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake in greased & floured cake pan in 350 oven for 30-35 min.
Makes 14 2-oz slices.
