Ingredients
1/4 cup of Gogi Berries soaked in water1 cup of diced fresh Pineapple: cored1 medium Banana1Tbls Kirschners Toasted Wheat Germ: Soak with Gogi Berries1 cup raw Kale: well cleaned 1 cup unthawed frozen Blueberries1/2 cup Acai Juice: " Whole Foods" sells Sambazon brand
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender or an extractor like the NutriBullet machine. Blend until liquefied.
