Ingredients
1 1/2 c post raisin bran cereal3/4 c whole milk1 c flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 lg egg1/4 c brown sugar1/4 c oil
Directions
Add cereal to milk in bowl set aside,

In another bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, whisk together set aside,

In Another bowl add egg, brown sugar, oil, whisk together,

Add cereal to egg mixture and then add flour, using a baking spatula stir ingredients together until moisten, don't over stir
Line muffin pan with liners
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes makes 12 muffins

    This turned out well. At first I was concerned about the milk, so I added about 1/4 cup. Then, I used half Stevia w/brown sugar, unbleached flour and light salt. Have you ever done the banana, nf milk or whole wheat subs? - 3/29/18
