Chocolate Protein Cookies with Chocolate Protein Glaze

Ingredients
Cookie Batter: 2/3 Cups of liquid Egg White4 Tbs. High Fiber Coconut Flour2 Tbs. Cocoa and Coconut Chia and Flax Seed Mix1 Tbs. Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder1 ts. Low Sodium Baking Powdera few drops of Monk Fruit Extract for sweeter tasteGlaze:1/2 scoop of Designer Whey Protein Powder1 cap full of 100% Pure Vanilla ExtractWater until desired consistency
Directions
Combine and Mix all Cookie Batter ingredients and place on an electric griddle.
Cook until able to flip
Flip the cookie to the other side and cook until it hardens but is still moist.
While the cookies are cooking, mix the Glaze ingredients up.
Once the cookies are done place on a plate and ice them. Then consume and enjoy!
