High protein Cookies and Cream Muffin

Ingredients
1 cup of Gluten free flour2 scoops of Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder2 Quest cookies and creme quest bars1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut flakes 1 tsp coconut oil 2 large eggs 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp Baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1sp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2 grease muffin tin with coconut oil
3. add all dry ingredients together (excluding the quest bars)
4. add all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl
5. combine ingredients
6. cut quest bar into 8 pieces per bar
7. fold in quest bar
8. scoop dough into muffin tin 9. bake on 350 for 18-20 minutes
9. let cool
10. Enjoy!
