Crockpot Italian Meatloaf

2 lbs. extra lean ground beef2 eggs, beaten2/3 c oats (I used old fashioned rather than quick)1 envelope dry onion soup mix1/2 C pasta sauce (+ 2T to put on top)1 t garlic powder (or fresh garlic, I use 2 cloves)I didn't have any other herbs, but if I had, I'd add some Italian herbs as well as some onion. I used what I had.
Combine everything together except 2 T sauce and shape into a loaf. Place into a greased crockpot. Garnish top with 2 T sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with pasta and warmed pasta sauce in addition to a salad.
