Simply Baked Fish

Ingredients
1 5oz. fish fillet (halibut, cod, grouper, flounder)4 tablespoons lemon juice1 clove garlic, minced1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingedients in a bowl, and mix well. Pour over fillet and make sure it is evenly coated. Let stand for 15 minutes. Place fish in a shallow, nonstick pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until the fish is flaky. Bast ocasionally withthe marinade. Serve immediately.
