Jalapeno and Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients
2 15 oz. Cans of garbonzo beans1/2 sliced jalapeno peppercilantro to taste, about a tbls usually does it.1/3 cup lemon juice1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoons olive oil1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
Directions
Throw all the ingredients into a blender (hint: put the yogurt in first) and then blend until smooth! Eat with cucmber slices to keep the recipe as healthy as possible!

    Great substituting Yogurt instead of Tahini. But i think it needs at least two bunches of Cilantro to get the Cilantro taste or else you will taste the beans - 3/21/11
