Strawberry smoothie meal

Ingredients
1 Cup Minute Maid Orange Juice Plus Calcium 1.5 Cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened, unthawed1 Fresh medium banana
Directions
Place all of your ingredients into a blender. Use ice crusher mode to break up strawberries. Blend well.

This make for a delicious and simple meal, especially for busy moms. I usually have it for breakfast or lunch. Most of the time I make two and split the other one between the kids for a great snack or drink with a meal.
