Eating Well's Fish Sticks

Ingredients
2 slice Bread, wheat (including toast) 1 cup Total Whole Grain Cereal 0.5 tsp *Lawry's Seasoned Salt (by LYONHART1968) .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Paprika .5 cup Flour, white 2 large Egg white, fresh 12 oz Cod (fish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with olive oil non-stick spray.
Place breadcrumbs, cereal, and spiced in a food processor and process until finely ground. Transfer to a shallow dish.
Place flour in a second shallow dish. Whisk egg whites and place them in a third shallow dish.
Cut fish into equal sized fish-fingers and pat very dry. Dredge fingers in flour, then egg whites then breadcrumb mixture.
Bake until fish is cooked through but not over-done, about 10 minutes.
