Ingredients
2 lbs Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 2 lg Egg*Land's Best Cage Free Brown Eggs (by ADVANNOVA) 1.0 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute.5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 can Hunt's Seasoned Tomato Sauce for Meatloaf
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. combine ground beef, 1/2 the sauce,eggs, oats, salt & pepper in large bowl; mix until well blended.

Place in 9x5 inch loaf pan, pressing down to evenly distribute meat mixture.

Bake, uncovered 1 hour.Remove from oven and drain well. Pour remaining sauce over meatloaf. Bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces
