Tuna Lite with capers and olives

Ingredients
14 oz Kirkland Albacore Solid White Tuna, water 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 6 serving Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives 2 tbsp, drained Capers, canned 4 gram Sauce, Worcester Sauce, Lee & Perrin's, 1 tsp=4g (by LISAPEPPAN) 5 tbsp Helmans Light Mayo 2 tbsp Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
Mix tuna, vegetables, olives and capers in a medium bowl.

Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and Worcester sauce

Combine dressing and tuna mixture. Serve on a bed of lettuce or with a hearty whole wheat slice of bread.
