1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.25 cup green onion (spring onion) (by MONAB17) 4 oz Johnsonville hot sausage breakfast sausage (by SKIRNIR) 3.5 serving Dakota's Cajun Style Navy Beans 7 serving Casa Mamita Fire roasted salsa style tomatoes 0.5 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50) 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 1 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Heat vegetable oil in cast iron skillet. Chop the green onions including green tops and the green peppers. Add to skillet along with the 1/2 lb of hot sausage. Cook until sausage is done and veggies tender. Add spices, tomatoes, and can of Cuban style navy. Mix well, bring to boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer 15 mins until heated through and flavors meld.
