Healthy Taco Casserole - hasfit

Ingredients
12 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 cup 10 Minute Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice (1 cup prepared) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
brown meat then add peppers and onions. Cook until soft. Add spices and saute for 2 minutes.
Add in can of beans and can of diced tomatoes that have not been drained. Add 2-3 tbsps of water if it seems dry. Bring mixture to a simmer and add cilantro. Remove from heat and stir in uncooked rice.
Pour into 8x8 pan, top with cheese and additional cilantro. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
