2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated0.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Rosemary1.0 tsp Garlic2.0 fillet Whiting (fish)30.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Directions
Mux spices and Parmesan with panko. Dip fish in egg substitute and shake off excess and press into crumb mixture. Bake at 350 about 15-20 minutes Serving Size: 1 fillet
