Smoked Sausage and Tortellini

Ingredients
One 13 oz package Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced3 cloves Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) onion chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, sliced1 19 oz bag frozen Rosetto Tortellini1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 24 oz jar Marinara Sauce (I used Barilla)2 cups Kraft shredded Mozarella cheese2 medium Zucchini, sliced.
Directions
Boil water and prepare tortellini as directed. Preheat oven to 350°. Heat a large 12 inch oven safe skillet on medium high heat. Spray with Pam. Add polska kielbasa and cook until brown. Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Lower heat to medium. Stir until vegetables are soft, about 5-10 min. Stir in cooked tortellini, oregano, marinara sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 min. until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, approx 1.5 cups each
