Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 lb ground beef, lean2 med onionssalt to tastepepper to taste1/2 cup white wine2 cups brown rice cooked8 med bell peppers with flat bottoms to be stuffed (chop off tops and clean out inside)
Directions
Brown beef and turkey with onions and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Add wine and let it cook down. Mix meat with rice, then put into bell peppers. Place stuffed peppers in a large pot with lid. Add about an inch of water to bottom of pot. Cook on med for about 30 minutes or until peppers are soft. Makes 8 servings.
