3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes .5 serving Home-Fried Potatoes (1 potato) .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Saute veggies together. push aside in pan in other half add scrambled eggs, stir eggs around slowly till set fold together eggs and veggies. Fold in Shredded cheese. SERVE.
