2 oz Tilapia filet 2 cup Spinach, fresh 0.5 oz (22 whole kernels) Almonds, dry roasted 2 tsp (C) Garlic, minced (by SHEILAHARVILLE) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 0.5 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
1/4 tsp of garlic on the fish marinate for 1 hour
place in oven 350 for 10 minutes until flaked
cook the spinach in garlic and olive oil
chop almonds
serve fish on spinach sprinkle almonds
serve with green salad and
Dr. Phil salad dressing
1/4 garlic
1 tsp lemon
1tsp water
2tsp dijon mustard
mix and add.
