1 large fresh mint leaf1 slice of fresh lemon1 slice of fresh ginger1 teaspoon honey8 oz. boiling water
Pour boiling water over all other ingredients you have placed in cup. Steep for a few minutes, stir, enjoy. Have as often as needed for sore throats. Note to diabetics: the honey has soothing properties for your throat but you may reduce the amount and further sweeten with whatever sweetener you desire.
