1 Cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt1 T Dill Weed, dried or fresh1 T Onion Powder1/2 T Light Mayonnaise1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp black pepperDash salt - to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight for better flavor.

    I tried this using lowfat yogurt (all I had) and really disliked it. Assume the measures for fresh and dry dill should be different? I am struggling to find lowfat dressings that I like and this is perhaps my own struggle and not your recipe. Thanks for contributing. - 10/1/14
