Broccoli with Shrimp

Ingredients
16.0 oz Shrimp, raw1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil3.0 cloves Garlic2.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar0.25 cup Soy Sauce0.25 tbsp Honey2.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1 tbsp Corn Starch
Directions
Take 1 lb raw shrimp, mix corn starch with Shrimp and let sit 5 minutes. Spray a wok with cooking spray and turn heat on medium high. When wok is smoking add shrimp mixture. Cook till done and transfer shrimp to a bowl. Add 1 tbsp oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute then add broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes and return shrimp to pan with the soy sauce, rice vineagar and honey. Mix well and cook for an additional minute. . Serve over rice or noodles of choice.
