Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 3 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 dash Salt 0.35 tbsp Jams and preserves, sugar-free
Directions
Blend oats to make a coarse meal. Mash bananas. Mix together dry ingredients and then combine w banana. Drop w a cookie scoop onto silpat-lined cookie sheet. Make a well in each cookie and spoon preserves into well. Bake 11-13 minutes at 350 F.
