Parmesan Baked salmon fillets

Ingredients
Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .33 tbsp Pink Salmon (fish), 16 oz *Lemon Juice, .33 fl oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix mayo,,cheese and pepper until blended, set aside.
Put salmon fillets in foil-lined cookie sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice. Top with the mayo mix covering each fillet. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Makes 4 - 4ounce servings

    I've been using this recipe for years, usually substituting fat-free mayo which IMO tastes better than regular mayo. I've always gotten great comments on it. - 1/4/12
