0.25 cup pamelas1.5 cup pamelas baking mix0.5 cup Butter, salted0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
In a bowl combine 3/4 cup of pamelas mix and the sugar, cut in butter. For topping remove 1/2 cup of this mixture and set aside.
To the remaining crumb mixture add all other ingedients, mix well. Pour into a 9x9 greased pan. Put crumb mixture on top. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min.
