Pamela's Applesauce Coffee Cake (gluten free)

Ingredients
0.25 cup pamelas1.5 cup pamelas baking mix0.5 cup Butter, salted0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
In a bowl combine 3/4 cup of pamelas mix and the sugar, cut in butter. For topping remove 1/2 cup of this mixture and set aside. To the remaining crumb mixture add all other ingedients, mix well. Pour into a 9x9 greased pan. Put crumb mixture on top. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min.
