Baked Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
12 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated2 cups spaghetti sauce4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Heat oven to 325. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in a bowl. Rinse chicken thigh pieces in water, then dredge in crumb mixture. Place on a baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over, and bake an additional 30 minutes. Pour spaghetti sauce over each chicken thigh piece, then top with mozzarella; put bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes until sauce is heated and cheese is melted.
