Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil12.0 clove Garlic8.0 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers)1.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice1.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted0.67 cup Parsley37.0 oz Shrimp, raw
Directions
Heat olive oil. Add shrimp and cook for two minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add lemon juice, capers, butter, and half of parsley. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Take out shrimp and cook sauce for another two minutes. Pour sauce over shrimp and garnish with rest of parsley.
