Crispy Baked Cod

4 cod, frozen, Wild caught fillets, boneless, skinless1/2 cup Great Value Bread Crumbs Italian Style 1 large Egg, fresh, whisked1/2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Set up the flour, egg and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls.
Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Start with one fillet. Coat with flour. Then coat the filet in the whisked egg and then in the bread crumbs. Place on the baking sheet and repeat with the other fillets.
One you have finished coating the fillets and placed them on the baking dish, spray the tops of the fillets with another quick spray of olive oil spray.
Bake in oven about 15-20 minutes.
You could garnish with a lemon wedge but you will need to adjust the calories.
