Ingredients
2 serving bumblebee canned crab meat (1 serving = 1/2 can) (by COOKN5036) 2 serving Portabello Mushroom Cap (1 serv = 1 cap) (by CRIS76) 1 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE) .25 cup onion scallion, spring chopped (100g) (by !RENEE) 6 tbsp Sour Cream .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 0.5 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves (by VGRAEVE) .25 tsp Pepper, black .125 tsp Paprika
Directions
preheat broiler setting temp to high. line baking sheet with foil. spray mushroom caps with oil on both sides. broil five minutes each side or until just tender. meanwhile transfer drained crab to bowl and check for shell pieces. add remaining ingredients except paprika and mix well. if shrooms have released water while broiling, drain them on paper towels, then fill caps with the crab mixture. sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3-5 minutes, just until filling is warm and golden.
