Ingredients
16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast4.0 serving Laughing Cow Cheese spicy pepper Jack8.0 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded1.0 clove Garlic3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
Directions
Boil penne pasta until al dente. Cook shrimp, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, laughing cow cheese, and grated cheese in skillet. Place penne in skillet when done, mix thoroughly, add water to keep moist. Serve with garlic toast. Enjoy!
