Cheesy Broccoli and mushroom

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets1/2 cup onion chopped2 tbsp yellow pepper chopped1/8 tsp minced garlic1/4 cup sliced mushroom1\4 cup 2% milk2 tbsp whole wheat flour1 tbsp cheese salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Steam the broccoli for about 7 minutes until tenderns
Spray a pan with cooking spray and fry the onions, yellow pepper and mushrooms on medium heat until the onions are tender
Mix the flour, and milk in a cup to form a thin smooth paste.
Add broccoli to the pan and reduce the heat to low
Pour the flour paste into the pan and let it heat through for about a minute.
Take the pan off the heat and sprinkle the cheese on top
Serve hot, season with salt and pepper.
