Ingredients
3 lb Beef, round steak (top blade is better, or boneless ribs)1 large Onions, raw 8 tbsp Soy Sauce (.5 c).5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil 4 tsp Garlic 9 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Slice beef into thin strips. Mix all other ingredients together and mix into the beef. Marinate overnight for best flavor, or a minimum of 4 hours. Using a stickless skillet, heat pan on high till very hot. Then add half the meat. Stirfry about 5 min. till no more pink in meat. Fry rest of meat. Serve hot with rice and kimchi.
