Cedar Plank Salmon

Ingredients
6 oz Atlantic salmon1 tbsp brown sugar1/4 cup yellow mustard2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tbsp molasses
Directions
soak cedar plank in water 2-3 hours
heat grill to medium
mix brown sugar, mustards, olive oil and molasses together. Place salmon on plank, coat with 1/2 of mixture. Grill 15- 20 minutes. Cover with remaining mixture and serve.
