Ingredients
4 cups broccoli slawone yellow bell pepper, choppedtwo carrots, julienned1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1/2 cup lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Allow to stand in refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Makes six 1-cup servings.
