0.25 cup, chopped Hazelnuts 0.5 cup Oatmeal 8 tbsp JIF - Creamy Peanut Butter: Natural 66 gram(s) MET-Rx Natural Whey Protein Powder 2 tbsp chia seeds 4 tbsp Ambrosia Honey (by KTMOHLER)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. I use a melon ball scoop to make the balls.
