Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large (remove)*Kraft Real Mayo, 1 tbsp (remove)*President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)Cilantro, raw, .5 tbsp (remove)
Cut eggs in half, scoop out yolks in to bowl. Reserve cut whites, intact
Add mayo, mustard, curry powder and salt and pepper to taste to egg yolks. Mix well.
Scoop yolk mixture evenly among reserved whites, garnish with cilantro leaves.
