200 grams Mollusks, whelk, cooked 0.3 cup Bulgur, dry 1 small Onions, raw 4 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick Red Ripe Tomatoes 60 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 10 grams Jalapeno Peppers 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil 1 sprigs Parsley
Put the oil in a wok, ad the pepper and the onion finely chop. Temper them until at medium temperature for 3-5 minutes. Add the raw whelk and the bulgur and keep the stew at a simmer. When it is medium done, add the tomato and the parsley. Turn off the stove and let the stew rest for 10 minutes. Then enjoy it.
