1 cup (not packed) Raisins .25 cup Orange Juice 1 tsp grated orange peel (by CHUCKLES0719) .5 cup Butter, unsalted 2 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose GF Baking Flour (by SUN_CLAY) 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM) 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 large Egg white, fresh 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda
Combine all ingredients and bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. Approx. 15 minutes.
