Honeydew Melon with Coconut Milk

Ingredients
4 cups of honeydew melon, balls or in chunks4 Tbsp light coconut milklime juicelime zest
Directions
Place 1 cup honeydew in each of 4 small bowls. Put 1 tbsp of coconut milk over the top of each serving. The calories/fat noted here are for regular coconut milk, so the actual amount will be a bit less. Spritz lime juice from a small wedge of lime over, and sprinkle with finely shredded lime zest.
