Ingredients
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.25 jumbo Black Olives1.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw0.5 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen112.0 gram Jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage2.0 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1.5 cup Aldi Fit and Active Egg Substitute
Directions
Cook sausage. Chop veggies and saute. Spray cast iron or oven proof skillet with spray. Add sausage back to pan. Add egg substitute and cook until almost set. Put in oven at 375 until set and lightly brown.
