Pinto Bean Burger - Vegan, Gluten Free

2 Cup Pinto beans, Canned1/2 Cup Salsa2 Tblsp Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Chili powder1/2 tsp Cumin seed4 oz Tortilla Chips, crushed
1. Combine flax seed meal with 3 Tblsp water, let stand for one minute until it forms a paste.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until almost smooth.
3. Form in to six patties. Coat both sides with cooking spray.
4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes or until internal temp of 160.

This is a wonderful recipe.
I made a mistake though when I read it through the first time I did not see the corn chips. Since my family is allergic to corn I substituted some wild rice that I had left over. Half way through dinner I had to make a second batch.
